I would alike to open discussion on healing after hanging for a set period of time after each hanging session.

Is there anyone who believes this is something that makes sense?

Muscles and the penis are 2 very different hings, we all could argue that the penis has muscles which it does as far as I know, but the human body as a whole does heal itself given the chance.

Would it be accurate in thinking that hanging for lets say 2 hours in one day at 6 x 20 min sets then wearing an ads for the next 48 hours in sessions of you choice (as comfort permits) without re stretching (hanging) heavily again for 48 hours, could benefit the penis as a whole, to maximise each session to it’s fullest potential.

Bibs, theory and let me start by saying, it’s probably right, says that by hanging without days off never gives the penis a chance to return to it’s normal size after hanging, which makes sense. But what I don’t understand is if we keep hanging without rest periods from heavy weights stretching the penis to it’s fullest potential, isn’t there a risk that the penis will just become a big mess of torn and mushed cells? How can it ever get a chance to heal at a new length if it doesn’t get the time needed to heal?

I’ve always been a 2 on 1 off kind of guy, and had success with it, but since hanging I have taken on a 7 day a week mindset. When I hang I tend to browse this forum and I find myself thinking about all the threads and all the posts and things people have said, sometimes I might be wrong, sometimes I’m might be right, but this is for sure, I’m always thinking, and that is a good thing right?

Please let me know you points of view on this.

Basically this theory (as basic as it sounds) is about hanging for a set period of time and then taking 48 hours off wearing a light ADS to heal for longer periods of time before stretching again using weights, giving the penis a better chance of healing.

The only way to find out is to try, but think on this a while, if we were to stretch the tissues to deformation, then let them heal elongated for longer periods of time, shouldn’t this give our tissue time to adapt to the new formation, and thus create a new platform on which to extend further?

Maybe people got enough of this topic, since there are many threads on it already. :)

Basically, it depends on what you really mean with the term ‘healing’. Are you figuring that through hanging you are causing a significative damage to your penis? Something similar to a torn tendon? Or something different? Maybe just a microscopic cellular damage? Once you answer to this question I think the problem is solved.

When it comes to rest or recovery that will be an individual thing. Hanging causes mircroscopic celluar damage and deformation. As long as you are going for controlled and regulated celluar damage then that’s the key. The point of rest days is to prevent the microscopic cellular damage and deformation from accumilating into severe cellular damage thus resulting in a injury and imflamation. A good indicator of needed rest days is your erection quality. If your EQ stays in tip top shape then in my opinion you don’t really need rest days unless you want to take a mental break from PE. I personally take Saturday and Sundays off from hanging so the controlled cellular damage that I inflicted on my penis during the week can have time to heal and fully remodel to it’s new set deformed length and tissue mass.

The answer that I’m looking for is, How long do you think it takes to fully repair the deformation (of average quality’s) to the penis as a result of one hanging session. I know different weights and different times matter, but lets say the average hanger starting out at 5lbs for 3 x 20 mins.

What do you think the amount of time is that the penis needs to fully recover, so there would be no way you could tell anything has happened to the penis, even if there was a magic machine that scanned your penis looking for microscopic cellular damage.

My theory is if we could guess this amount of time (on average) then using an ADS for this full period of time, we could maximise each hanging sessions gains, thus extending our penis using quality healing and not quantity.

Am I making sense?

Big S do you use an ADS on weekends? I’m hanging around 30mins on weekends with ADS as a back up.

Hey 17ml. That actually makes a lot of sense. If we did have a way of finding out exactly how much microscopic celluar deformation we are inflicting in a hanging session then we would be able to train smarter and not unneccessarily harder. Definately makes sense.

With me I do use an ADS on the weekends. I wear my steel compression couplings for a few hours and then my tail peace flex pipe ADS for an hour.

The first post made sense also, I didn’t want to be dismissive. But we can just make educated guess using both our knowledge about other kind of tissues and our feeling. I have pretty much the same views of Sayan’ on this subject.

Unfortunately, numbers listed there can’t be directly transposed to PE, but you can figure better what we are trying to say.
