There are a handful of different things you can do. You can do vacuum or compression hanging. There is clamping or pumping. You can do jelqing, or use various types of extenders. A good place to start is the newbie routine. But also have a look around and read other peoples stories. This will give you a better idea of what is out there, and what works for others.
Either way, if you want to hit your goals, you are going to be in it for the long haul. PE takes time, patience, and dedication.
With that said, it is really hard to dedicate the time to PE discreetly. If you have a spouse, it is best to let them know what you are doing and why before they catch you and freak out.
