Routine Advice and Goal Advice
Thanks about the advise in my other thread. I am just kinda making this post to keep up my spirits in PE. Please comment on my routine and see if it needs changing!
5min warmup wrap
7min stretch all directions
5min 50% wet jelqs
10min 80-90% wet jelqs
5min warmdown wraps
2on/1off routine.
I am currently 6.5BPEL / 5.25 EG, looking to hit 7BPEL / 5.75EG in 2 months. Is this a good goal to set for myself?
