I don’t think that we should be setting your goals. What do you want? How much time do you have? Are you aiming for girth, length or both?
Everyone is different, so maybe what works for one person doesn’t work for another. So if this routine works for you then keep it. If it doesn’t then ditch it. I have always been an advocate of luvdadus’ newbie routine, because it allows for a light start with a slow increase in intensity to remove the danger of any early injuries.
If you want some advice on the effectiveness of this routine, then it depends on an awful lot of factors.
Do you warm up?
How many days on/off?
How many times do you repeat it?
What sort of stretches?
What level erection when you jelq?
