Hi everyone , I am Mims , I’m 25 years old and 6ft tall, and I’ve been reading about PE for more then 9years. You guys may wonder how on earth did that happen ? I must’ve been only 15 or 16 years old, but trust me this really happened in that way.

It all started one day when I had sex with a girl in high school , she was a year older then me and obviously had more partners then I did. In the first place , she didn’t say anything about my size, I was a virgin and didn’t know much about pleasing a women with my thing , but well I was very good at foreplay , I mean that what she claimed.

One day we had to break up , and just after that , she told everyone that I had a small dick, and I was so confused about that , And felt so bad for years .I had all the people in my high school laughing at me. Anxious and mad , I decided to find a way to make it bigger , I was looking on the Internet everyday until I found about Jelqing. I was reading allot , and it felt more like an obsession to me .

On 2012 I measured My thing using a simple scholar ruler , and Find out to be 5,6” in EL and 4” in EG, My EL was obviously on the mid range length , but My EG was obviously too thin compared to the average on this planet which was 4,8” according to some sites, And knowing that women feel more aroused with a girthy dick , I felt even worse about this whole thing .

Few months later, I dated a girl ,that was a virgin too , she claimed that my thing was big , and I was thinking she was just trying to make me comfortable with it , but we’ve been together for more then 5 years , and she never said my dick was small or anything , she always said how good it felt inside her. Some problems occurred , and we had to break up , and all my confidence I built in that many years just vanished like dust .

After my ex , I had allot of sex with different partners , and they never did say anything about My size , they always said I was pretty good , but it wasn’t enough for me , I felt too small for some girls .

I’m now dating a girl which is nearly 6feet tall, and the proportions on this girl is in a different level then all the other girls I had sex with : Her hands r much bigger , her ass , everything.. And that made me feel even smaller, So I Decided to go on a PE journey in the 08/08/2021.

Here is my starting measurements : Start : 08/08/2021 BPEL : 6,1”(15,5cm) / EL :5,80” (14,7cm) /EG : 4,0”

My routine workout is based of : 10min Warmup with a hot towel , 30sec x 10rep Stretching in all directions , 30sec x 5rep helicopter shakes , 20min ( or 200 rep ) jelqing , 100 rep V-jelqs ( one handed jelqs ) and a 5min warm down.

Here is my one month results : 08/09/2021 BPEL : 6,375”(16,2cm) / EL :6,14” (15,6cm) /EG : 4,4” . After this results , I felt so lucky to gain so much in a so small time, but my problem now is that I didn’t PE for 5 Days ,due to the fact that My girlfriend had to spend the week with me at home , I had no private moment , And I felt like I lost all my girth gains , and that was my primary problem I wanted to fix .

In the moment I’m writing this , I have the same gained length , but the girth is back to 4ish and this is killing my motivation , I don’t wanna have a tall thin D.

My question is : how much would it take me to gain back that 0,4” in girth ? Would it take me another month to gain it back because of the lack of consistency in the previous week ? How much would it take me to reach that 5,2” girth ? Any girth exercises or tips ? ( I’m still on the newbie routine , but I forgot to mention that I Did PE several times on and off 2years ago )

Girth is dependent on so many factors like arousal levels, natural vasodilatory mechanisms and current mood, so I would reckon not to get too excited about girth gains in the first six months or so, because they are very hard to predict, measure, sustain, and replicate.
Reaching a specified goal is great, but starting PE you should forget about time, since you are entering a marathon of a race. Just remember to relax, think positively and don’t over train your dick. Keep the Newbie Routine for at least six months to give your connective tissue some acclimatization before jumping into hanging/pumping, ultrasound and so on. Just stretch that dick of yours to the moon and watch your PI. Your body is your main compass, so listen to it carefully and go one step at a time. Just to give you a perspective, my BPEL was 15,5 when I started about a month ago and it is still on the same level. Flaccid stretched length increased, but this is not so much of a deal.

Learn how to make your girl’s orgasms the icing on the cake, not the cake itself. It would mean that any length or girth increase would only be beneficial, rather than a thing of concern.

And remember, BPFSL is a precursor to BPEL, so stretch, heat, jelq, repeat. Happy gains, my friend.

I appreciate your time for those advises, When I was talking about girth , I really never went beyond 4,1” when I’m super hard , even on my best Prime days , I only reached 4”4 inch after that month of jelqing , I’m totally sure about it . ( Yes I used to measure my D pre-PE ). I also Gained a tone of flaccid gains , 1” in a month is just Monstrous gains I guess ( reminding I was only 4,2” flaccid , and now at 5,2”).
I’m not worried about time at all , I’m dedicated , I’m just asking if 5 days is enough to put the D on the base form like it was before jelqing .

Actually , doing the stretches after being warmed up , makes the flaccid longer , and easier to stretch , So I assume I was stretching at a (0%-30% erection level) . I must say that helicopter shakes helped blood flow on my D , And it always been longer then before doing them.
