Newbie experimenting with jelqing: discomfort on left CC, any advice ?
Hey guys,
Newbie here, experimenting with jelqing (for about a month).
The main problem I am experiencing is discomfort / slight pain and tension on the left CC (from the bottom of the shaft all the way to just before the glans).
I am quite puzzled as to why only one side would feel this way, as the right CC feels totally great.
For a few month now (prior to any PE), I have noticed that while flaccid, my unit usually curves to the left (so left CC seems more contracted). However, no such thing during erection, totally straight.
So far my experimenting has showed me that, for me:
1) Warm up is indeed best (5 to 10 min), and usually decreases the pain on the left CC
2) Best grip is the “parallel” grip, so as to target only the sides (palms down, thumb on one side, index finger on the other side)
( | O | ; the | are the fingers and the O is the unit).
It also helps me to see better, as opposed to a full OK or “Ugrip”, whether I put pressure on the surface veins (which I try to avoid in order not to cause any damage).
3) The index finger makes for a much less nicer feeling, as the pressure is more localized.
This has led me to only wet jelq with my left hand only (as the thumb is on the left CC in that case; no discomfort on the right CC even with using the index on it).
This still gives me a nice expansion feeling. I can go on basically for ever without feeling too much discomfort.
4) I had least discomfort / tension using a quite high erection level (as expanded as possible but not being too hard, so I would say something like 90%).
When the erection passes under this level, it starts becoming uncomfortable, and so the erection subsides even more.
So, generally, any of you experienced this one-sided (literally) discomfort on only one of their CC, and if so did it go away with time ? Any tricks ?
Maybe I am starting to develop a curve for some reason, any advice / tricks to prevent / alleviate that ?
With regards to 3), do you think one hand wet jelqing gives enough pressure for gains ? Maybe this allows / calls for longer jelqing sessions ?
And with 4), this observation seems contradictory to the main advice of jelqing with low erection. Do you think that a 90% erection level (feels well engorged, but the tunica is soft enough to give in as you jelq) is safe for a newbie ?

Have a good day !
