I got into PE for the same reasons as you. It has been 4 months now. I can see some positive results. As a plus I have a much nicer hanging scrotum and a larger flaccid size.
To discover kegels, stop the flow while you are urinating. The PC muscle allows you to do this. A kegel is a constricting and relaxing this muscle. Contricting is help for 5 seconds.
Doesn’t sound like much of a big deal but wait until you try 50 per day. And you should work on kegels if you are trying to control premature ejaculation.
