I know that there are some people that experience great newbie gains, but over time the gains become less and less, due to conditioning. There are the set routines that are on the site, but over time will I become conditioned to them, and notice a steep decline in my gains. There is a point where huge gains are just not possible, but will changing up my routine every couple of months limit the time that I become conditioned to a certain exercise. What are some of the ways that I can limit the conditioning that will eventually come with PEing?

I don’t know if I understood you, but are you telling that the exercises you are doing don’t have the same effect like in the past, and what you should do to get back the gains you were having?

If so, I suggest you spend more time doing the exercises, or start doing different exercises like the sadsak slinky, which provides a mass gain on girth in a relative short period of time

But this exercise is considered a little dangerous for people that are beginning to PE.. So be careful

You increase time/reps (like suggested in the newbie primer)

After a few months, you add in extra exercises. When the time comes, if you’re not sure, then ask (when the time comes)

For now, dont worry about it. In fact, dont worry about it until you hit a plateau from the newbie routine!
