Newbie gains
I know that there are some people that experience great newbie gains, but over time the gains become less and less, due to conditioning. There are the set routines that are on the site, but over time will I become conditioned to them, and notice a steep decline in my gains. There is a point where huge gains are just not possible, but will changing up my routine every couple of months limit the time that I become conditioned to a certain exercise. What are some of the ways that I can limit the conditioning that will eventually come with PEing?
