Hi Guys! I just started PE about a month ago (focus on girth) and I have already gained half an inch! Is this even possible?? I measured 5 times just to be sure. I have noticed some extra skin in the scrotum area lately. Should I slow down because I’m gaining too fast?

Sounds like a super dose of the newbie gains to me. Keep on going, they’ll slow down all too soon and then you’ll be kicking yourself for thinking that you should have tried to slow down.

Hey man Newbie gains are nothing to sneeze at! Appreciate it, not everyone gets those. I’m curious if you are using manual exercises or if you have one of those bathmate things everyone keeps talking about

I too have one of those bathmate pumps, but I stopped using it. I’ve recently started on the newbie routine 2 days ago (I’m on my scheduled rest day today). Does anyone recommend using the bathmate in conjunction with the newbie routine?

I wouldn’t. If you stress your penis out before it is conditioned, you could slow your gains.

@AlphaZombie - I’ve been clamping the base the shaft at 85%, hold for a few seconds and begin throbbing blood in. I allow myself to become full erect and begin throbbing again for 30 seconds or so. I repeat this for about 30mins (6 times a week)

so you are hand clamping and kegeling more blood in? Great gains though in such a short space of time :)
