Newbie - Hello guys
Hi guys, my name is Giuseppe, Joseph for you, and I’m from Italy. I discovered this forum in 2014, but after a little injury (very little ecchymosis at the base of the glans) I think due to an improper training, and a pain when the penis was bent down, I stopped 3 years. The pain/annoyance, which appeared only when the penis was bent down, took 10 months for go away. Now I’m fine and I’d like to restart PE, with proper precautions and your help.
So, I have a little problem. I can’t do the wet jelqs. The training takes time, and it’s difficult to stay closed in the bathroom 20-50 min with my sister/parents around the house.. With the lubricant it would be even more complicated
I would appreciate very much, if someone could guide me through this “journey”. Can you post me a, step by syep guide-training? In the italian forum they said start with 200 jelq.. But 200 not dry jelqs I think are too much for me, and also the stretching exercise (I will avoid it the first one-two months)
