Hi guys, my name is Giuseppe, Joseph for you, and I’m from Italy. I discovered this forum in 2014, but after a little injury (very little ecchymosis at the base of the glans) I think due to an improper training, and a pain when the penis was bent down, I stopped 3 years. The pain/annoyance, which appeared only when the penis was bent down, took 10 months for go away. Now I’m fine and I’d like to restart PE, with proper precautions and your help.

So, I have a little problem. I can’t do the wet jelqs. The training takes time, and it’s difficult to stay closed in the bathroom 20-50 min with my sister/parents around the house.. With the lubricant it would be even more complicated

I would appreciate very much, if someone could guide me through this “journey”. Can you post me a, step by syep guide-training? In the italian forum they said start with 200 jelq.. But 200 not dry jelqs I think are too much for me, and also the stretching exercise (I will avoid it the first one-two months)

200 jelqs should be something around 12 to 14 minutes long, quite too much for an untrained penis.

Linear Routine could be the answer for your situation, unfortunately, still requires some privacy to warm up.

Thx for the answer, anyway now I m fine and I have regular sexual activity without problems/pains etc.

Please can you link me the linear routine? For the warmup, i will find a solution, it s important and i must do it good

And what about the non-wet jelqs? Are good or Dangerous? Ty and good PE

Linear Newbie Routine. For warming up, there are several ways to do it, most of them could be pretty stealth.

It is ok to do dry jelqs instead of wet jelqs, just don’t grip too tight and strokes should take at least 3 seconds. Dry jelqing could be tricky if you are cut (circumcised).

Ok, first “training” completed. I did 20 jelps, with the C grip, the one where you use both hands (right thumb, right index on the right part of the penis, and viceversa) with a weary/light grip. At the end of the training, my penis felt a very little numb/jaded. Is it normal?

Dry jelq should be executed with one hand only. I mean, you can switch hands, like 10 repetitions with the right and 10 with the left. But while doing it, only one hand do the action.

Did you warmed up before the jelqs?

Did you warmed up before the jelqs?

Yes, I warmed up 5 min with hot water, before and after. Ok, next time i’ll try it with one hand and low intensity

I don’t like the fact that I felt numbness, maybe because this week I did , the first time, 50 dry jelqs the first day and 50 the second day (even here with final numbness, but much more) I decided I’ll stop 7-10 days. Then I’ll restart from 10 dry jelqs with OK grip and low intensity. After 1 week I’ll add 5-10 jelqs, for a total of 15-20. 2 days on 1 rest.

What do you think?

Numbness could indicate that you are blocking all the venal blood flow or the penis itself wasn’t able to flush the blood out. Lighten your grip, don’t use excessive force to squeeze your penis. Also, try to slow down the jelqs strokes, to 4 to 5 seconds.
