5min strech but I don’t rlly feel it
10mins jelq
50 kegels
5 minswarm down
Can someone tell me if that is gud
Wen I did the jelq I felt it and my tip got red and big and I got spotting from blood a tiny bit on my dick .5mm wide each is that bad?
Any tips to gain quick.. Any tips
