Newbie here,any help please

Well I am new here and I only use the penis extender now for almost 3 months,the extender I now use on 13,5 cm.I try it on 14 cm and I could hardly breath normal after I used it for about 1 hour,now I use it for about 7 days on 13,5 and I can stay in the extender now for almost 2 hours no problem anymore.

Do I work correctly here or am I doing something wrong,I did work by the details in the book and started on 9 cm but that was to small so I did jump in about 2 months to 13,5.

Any help is great full
