Newbie here, help wQuestion
Just want to say hello to all, ask a question, and tell you how great it is to stumble upon such a wonderful, insightful, and life changing site. I’m sure you have all been there, excited beyond your normal mental level, as you were scrolling through these posts. No? Well I guess I’m a nut.
I have been looking over these posts for about a month without giving into PE wholeheartedly. I have been performing kegels (sp?) for awhile before I encountered this site though, but never considered to take my size situation literally into my own hands.
A month later I had up and downs results with PE, but the downs came from my mistakes of course; like too much stretching time or overdoing with jelq (overdoing it in general I mean). All in all I rested and my poor attempt and recharged/recuperated so I can give it another try. And this is where my question comes in: Has there been anyone here that reached a noticeable growth without performing basic or any other sort of stretches?? I find stretching to be abit odd for me since I tend to have trouble gripping on my glands the right way. This has lead to my first painful encounter with temp. Injury in PE. It’s just that I can’t seem to find the right grip for it and it leads to a cold feeling and the loss of color ( turns into bluish/ purplish tone).
So I was wondering if PE could be done with only lets say Jelq 1 month then stretching the next/other month and all mixed in with kegels. Every moth I would switch from Jelq to stretching. Any advise or suggestion on this program guys? I am aware that it will slow down the gains but will it bring forth any gains at all?
