Newbie here with routine questions.
Hello everyone.
I’ve being lurking for awhile now and just started the Newbie Routine two days ago.
Before I found this forum I purchased a Hydromax x30 and a Phallosan on an impulse. They came in the mail yesterday and today.
Now I know the general consonance is roll with the newbie routine for 6 months before any gear use. With the money spent, I’d like to include them in my routine.
This is what I was thinking.
1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minute pump
4. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5. 5 minutes hot wrap
6. 50 kegels of five second holds each
7. Phallosan (maybe only 3ish hours to start instead of 8 or more)
I’ll increase time of the routine as the weeks continue.
Questions: Should I pump and Phallosan everyday or stay with the 2on 1off?
