Newbie Here.need some help

I am starting to do Linear Newbie Routine. Is it necessary to take 1day off for 2days PE or can I take only a day off in a week?

Conditioning is important. I’d recommend that you be patient and do the routine as outlined until your penis is conditioned for more rigorous routines to come. A lot of guys get over-eager and injure themselves and then have to factor in recovery time. PE is a marathon not a race. Take your time.
