Hi guys I’m a newbie here,

I tried doing the prescribed newbie routine for a week now and I already had a good experience with it,

I got more erection!

Can I add some extra jelqs from the prescribed newbie routine??

Does the newbie routine likely can cause injury?

What exercises can cause an injury if over do?

At least do the newbie routine for 2 weeks unchanged Most would say 2-3 months.

Don’t add extra jelqs just yet. Concentrate on the amount of jelqs you are doing and learn to maximize their effectiveness.

Any routine can cause injury. You must have the common sense and control to slow down, hold back, and/or stop. Hence the amount of time that should be taken with the newbie routine.

Any exercise can cause injury if overdone. Hence the urging to go into each new exercise slowly and take the time to perfect your technique.

Welcome to Thunder’s mark. I too am a newbie and felt the same way you did after a week or so of the simple jelq stretch. It will get monotonous but don’t be fooled, its working. I tried to up the anty myself after 3 weeks and found myself injured.

As they say here at Thunder’s, its a marathon, not a sprint.

Have you gotten any red dots yet? (Thats a sign that what you’re doing is enough of a work out on your penis for now)


Today I do what you will not so tomorrow I am able to do what you can not.
