Do you guys think that it is ok if I train 7 days a week right off the bat, with less intensity the first week, and increasing intensity every week after? And then change up if I encounter an injury?

Recovery time for the tissues to repair and grow are as important as workouts. You might not injure yourself if you do them lightly 7 days a week, but I’m pretty sure you won’t be getting the same bang out of the buck as someone who takes breaks here and there.

So would you suggest like 2 days on 1 off?
