Newbie Looking For Stretching advice

Hello everybody! I am new to PE and am about a week into my routine. I am currently 6.5 BPEL and my EG is around 5.25 I would say. I would like to hit a BPEL of at least 7, 7.5 would be a dream come true though. I tried jelqing, but honestly am not that into it, and prefer stretching. My current routine is a 5 to 6 minute warmup with a heating blanket, then I do a 30 second downward stretch, upward stretch, side stretches (both left and right) then a full circle stretch (stretching while slowly moving your penis in a clockwise motion). I do all these stretches 3 times each, and plan to move to 4 times by next week. I’m currently doing 2 days on and 1 day off. I was wondering how effective this routine sounds, and what kind of gains I should expect within the next 2 months. I also have been wondering how hard your suppose to pull on your penis while doing stretches. I’ve been doing 30 second stretches and have been stretching to the point where I can feel tension in my shaft. Should I pull harder or softer?

The harder you stretch, the faster comes result. But it also has much higher chance to limit potential and to get injury. That’s why it’s better to stay light and follow “it should be pleasant” model. If you don’t see any result after 2 months, then try something else or add a bit more intensity.


Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG
