Newbie Looking For Stretching advice
Hello everybody! I am new to PE and am about a week into my routine. I am currently 6.5 BPEL and my EG is around 5.25 I would say. I would like to hit a BPEL of at least 7, 7.5 would be a dream come true though. I tried jelqing, but honestly am not that into it, and prefer stretching. My current routine is a 5 to 6 minute warmup with a heating blanket, then I do a 30 second downward stretch, upward stretch, side stretches (both left and right) then a full circle stretch (stretching while slowly moving your penis in a clockwise motion). I do all these stretches 3 times each, and plan to move to 4 times by next week. I’m currently doing 2 days on and 1 day off. I was wondering how effective this routine sounds, and what kind of gains I should expect within the next 2 months. I also have been wondering how hard your suppose to pull on your penis while doing stretches. I’ve been doing 30 second stretches and have been stretching to the point where I can feel tension in my shaft. Should I pull harder or softer?
