Newbie Looking For Advice

Hey everyone. I’m new to this forum and semi new to PE. I say semi new because I’ve tried several times in the past and always quit due to getting disheartened. I feel I am ready to commit to it fully now. My stats are 7” BPEL and 4.5” EG. I’m mainly wanting to work on girth but I know I have to condition and go through a nice beginner routine first before getting to that. Just looking for some good advice on where to start and what to watch out for. Before when I tried I started to get weaker EQ not sure if I was overdoing it or using too much pressure during my jelq so I want to make sure I get it all right this time for the long haul. Thanks in advance for any advice.

As you stated definitely start with the newbie. Be sure to warm up well, this is the most important part of the routine. I would recommend starting day on day off for the first couple of weeks and seeing how you do, if eq improves you can go to 2 on 1 off and slowly add reps. If eq drops you are likely over doing it. I also HIGHLY recommend that you follow a proper diet and exercise often preferably heavy weight training. The diet and exercise will improve your odds of gaining significantly.

Starting Stats: BPEL 8.2 Inches MSEG 5.1 Inches 08/25/2014

Current Stats: BPEL 10.125 Inches MSEG 6.9375 Inches 11/06/2018

It works so do the work.

Thank you for the advice. I usually work out pretty hardcore but right now I won’t be able to for 6 more weeks I have hernia surgery in 2 weeks then 4 to recover but I’ll get back to it ASAP. As far as diet I eat clean and follow 40/40/20 unless I switch it up from time to time is that what you’re talking about or is there certain foods that also aid in PE? Also I was thinking the newbie program that’s listed here of 5 minute warm up 5 minute stretch 10 minutes jelq 5 minute cool down and 50 kegels. Is that decent for beginning for the first 3 months or so?

Perfect. See how it goes and if you gain. As long as you gain you don’t need to change things.

Also check this thread out. Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

So a question about jelqing that was never clear to me. When you get to the end and go to grip with the other hand do you keep the blood trapped or release all together before gripping with the other hand?

It’s better to keep the blood trapped.

Ok so my EQ has went down and morning wood no longer exists been doing one day on one day off with beginner routine. Any advice?

Hi !

It happened the same to me. It seems that sometimes, the newbie routine is too hard. Here is what I did:

I took a 2-3 days break and waited for the EQ to increase (at least for the morning wood to be back.) And then I restarted with a ‘light’ newbie routine: 10 stretchs (15 s each), 100 jelqs and of course Kegels. Every week, I increased the stretches by 5s step and added 25 more jelqs, but only if my EQ was still good. If not, I stayed where I was. It’s more or less the so called ‘linear newbie routine’.

It worked perfectly for me and after 1 month, I reached the level of the standard newbie routine. I have a great EQ with rock hard erection and I gained an half inch in 2 months.

You can try it or not, but anyway my advice would be to take a short break and wait for your EQ to be ‘great again’ ;)

If you can, have a look at this very interesting thread from sparkyx Warning! If you haven’t gotten improved erections:

Remember that sometimes less is more :)

I would have morning wood every morning and depending on level of arrousal with my partner I would be anywhere from pretty hard to what she called steel rod. Now it’s no morning wood and just pretty hard when aroused.

My advice: give yourself a long, long rest. Hernia surgery is a huge deal, and it’s easy to rupture your sutures. PE is so high-intensity, your body needs to be 100% before you jump back into it. Get well.

Good luck with the op bro.

When you come back maybe add some edging into your routine always helps me with morning wood and positive PI’s.

Thanks everyone for the advice and concerns with the surgery. All went well I’m on day 2 of recovery I’ll probably wait till my initial 2 weeks of healing is up before starting again. I’ll be cutting back from 10 minutes of jelqing to 5 minutes for a while and work my way up and add some edging in my routine if you guys think that would help in the beginning stages. Also is it possible I was jelqing too hard? Last time I gave it a try I ended up with purple dots on my shaft and head before I quit the first time. I did go into this time with the mindset of going a little easier on it and so far no purple dots but I also went to one on one off this time instead of 2 on 1 off but I’m worried I could still have been going to hard. I try to go hard enough to feel the blood forced through the shaft to the head. I also get my erection to about 80-90 percent and after about 30 reps it’s down to about 50 percent then I get it back to the original 80-90 percent and go for about another 30 reps is that about right?
