Newbie looking to jump right into HRT for PE

Newbie looking to jump right into HRT for PE

Let me start by saying I most likely have some genetic condition/disease that results in my size (3 inches, girth of my finger). Currently 21. Never noticed ANY growth during puberty. Would wake up and check each day. Gained a lot of weight over the course of puberty because of the depression of this, maybe affecting hormonally also resulting in my size. At 18, realizing I wasn’t just a ‘late bloomer’ I began my quest to boost my hormones naturally, losing 150lbs and weightlifting. After 2 years, I was in shape but still noticed no growth. Saw some endocrinologists, requested genetic testing for something like Klinefelters syndrome, as I also have gyno, but he saw no need for said test. My bloodwork was for the most part normal, and he wasn’t really interested in helping me with PE. But it has plagued me. I havent gone to college BC of this, havent been able to have a relationship. Seeing a geneticist who agrees something is up, but said HRT for any genetic condition is something an endo deals with. I’m looking for a combination of HGH+HCG either through a doctor or through some random hormone clinic, maybe some PEG1 too if I can find a source. Also doing jelqing/stretching. Hopefully I’m able to get the HGH+HCG prescribed and I think I can get prescription DHT cream for my gyno but use it for PE too. Any advice/tips on jumping straight into HRT in addition to stretching?

HRT will not affect the size of your penis.

There actually was a study that HCG could be administered to those with a classified “micropenis” and it resulted in growth. For most guys, this simply does not apply. For some, it could. I do HRT because I have primary hypogonadism (the boys don’t make testosterone like they should, but my body produces the hormones to signal them to). I take both testosterone, HCG (for ball shrinkage), and Anastrozole (Arimidex). Anastrozole is an estrogen blocker. I have had many improvements, but I have had no changes to my PE success.

I do not recommend you self-prescribe
TRT. You could just wind up bald, hairy, with more advanced gyno, and still have all the other problems you do now.

Have you talked to your primary physician about the depression and gyno? Those along with your weight issues should warrant a hormone panel.

Also, as you probably know, your nuts shrink to nothing and this can be extremely depressing. A friend said that “almonds” would describe his testicles with HRT. So, be prepared to take that negative consequence.

Yeah the balls either shrink or disappear as Don Logan said.
Have you tried increasing your T-levels naturally besides working out?
Im talking about supplements like boron/magnesium and many others that scientifically proved as effective for elevating testosterone and free testosterone levels.

How about your balls, Are they average for an adult in your age?

What about facial development, you look more like a man or more like a child?

Any beard growth?

How’s your erection?

Have you checked your T-levels by a lab?
If yes what were the results?

That’s all i can think of for now, beware from HRT friend, you’re still young there’s no point in it, you told that you have been fit and was able to lose weight, that is something that can tell me that you have normal T-levels.

Maybe your penis size is just genetics?
Have you discussed with your father about it?
Maybe he was suffering from the same problem.

Wish you the best brother and remember that your penis will grow whether you’re on HRT or not.

A well designed TRT protocol will include HCG to mitigate testicular atrophy.

Indeed.

@OP: do yourself a favor and seek to become a patient of a TRT/HRT doctor. You are probably going to have to bypass your PCP and most endos, and go straight to a specialist.

Such treatment - which is lifelong, as you probably know - may or may not help you gain size - having normal range hormone levels (NOT the same thing as falling in the official ranges as posted by labs, btw) certainly cannot hurt when doing PE; and especially when it comes to EQ.

If you need some direction/assistance, PM me.
