Hello guys, I’ve just joined and I apologize in advance if I happen to be posting this in wrong place

Anyways, I’ve started with the Primary exercise (wet jelq) for about a 2 months now, and I’ve gained about 0.7 inches since then but it feels like growth has completely stopped and at times I would notice that my buddy has gotten even shorter!

I am pretty comfortable with my girth but I very much struggle with length (4.8 inches even after the beginner’s pop)

Can any experts out there please give me some advices on how to increase the length? I’ve looked up the some of the videos and exercises but it doesn’t seem to describe whether it focuses on length or girth increase..

So far I do about 45~ 60 min jelqing (primary exercise). I try to grip as tight as possible and as slow as possible

I also do penis pump simply until I feel like I am about to burst, which is about 45~60 min

Please help!

You may be overdoing it. How are your PIs?

My advice:
1. Follow the newbie routine for at least 6 months. Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine
2. Learn about PIs and pay close attention to them. Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!
3. Do not grip the penis too tight while jelqing. Grip it gently - just enough to feel the blood moving. (If you think you’re gripping it tight, then most likely you’re indeed gripping it too tight for your own good.)

Done right, the newbie routine encourages your penis to grow and primes it for advanced exercises. (And yes, the newbie routine works for length - your primary concern.)

Newbie routine, Stretching is your number one “go to” right now if you want length gains.

Hey nothing ever happens over night. If u want to do this u r in it for the long haul. For stretching u want to invest in a strecther. U can wear this through out the day. In the morning I pump in a hot bath for 10 to 20 min. After bath u can do your jeqling like they said above. A all day cock ring would be good. Then go about your day. In the evening pump and stretch be for bed. Remember slow is fast not just in nascar but in PE too. The biggest problem is finding a routine u can stick with for a long time. After a while u can add stuff. The hardest part is working around everyone else’s schedule to get your workout in. O I almost forgot. When doing this do not get off. If you do remember the workouts still need to go on.

Where can I buy a stretcher? It sounds very promising

Welcome to Thunders.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

If you google “penis extender” you’ll get a ton of hits. They all work the same way and do the same thing, but each brand has its own little minor differences in terms of how it grips. They’re outrageously expensive for the material and production that goes into making them, but it’s not an amount that will break the bank. If you have the time, peruse the extender section of this forum to get an idea of what seems to be liked and disliked about each model.
