Newbie Needs Help

Hello, I’m in need of increasing the length of my penis, I would like to gain 4-5 total centimeters at the end of this process for my goal and I am wondering what equipment is best.

I’ve bought a Penimaster pro extender in the past and I used it for a little bit but I returned it due to my penis glands slipping out after a few minutes of use and I figured it would cause some disfigurement or something of the sort if I used it with half the glands in

Can anyone recommend to me a good extender to buy and maybe some things to do to achieve this goal of mine, I don’t want vacuum extenders due to reading in multiple places that they don’t give permanent gains unless I’m mistaken.
