Allright, i am newbie and absolutely need help with my questions here :

Well I cant answer all your question but I’ll try answering some, although I’m a beginner myself.

Well, I’m not sure about this one, but it might have caused by not enough lubrication, or non at all, that’s what I think the case is, again, I’m a newbie myself… so you might want to hear expert’s opinion

I had that problem when I started aswell, my entire penis was very sensetive, so sensetive that I ejaculated on the starting stretches.
But two days later it became better, to the perfect level of eraction (although I need to start jerking off abit in the jelqs to keep 70% eract.)

Thanks for the help, as for the lack of lubrication i don’t know if that’s the case, but while i am sliding my fingers to the the glans, i need to pull my skin back as well or i would just slide right off the head and it might harm my glans’ tip besides, i might just get aroused by it

As for your second problem, mine is totally the contrast, i tend to get too hard but yeah with some mind distraction i managed to keep my load on its place.

I presume you are uncut or have foreskin, correct?
While jelqing, don’t pull back your skin, that’s definitely causing your “shaft burns”. You are supposed to let your foreskin over your glands, use lubricant and stop every jelq before glands and start a new one from the base with your other hand. Do some reading on jelqing. There are tons of threads on this forum about that.

100-200 normal kegels without towel or anything as a weight is enough.

Lowered testosterone levels could affect the amount of wet dreams you have as it affects on your libido. Have you changed your diet, exercising routine, amount or rhythm of sleep or anything that could cause it?
In any case, I wouldn’t worry about it as long as you have good erections, who knows why we have wet dreams, it’s completely normal not to have any, I didn’t use to have. Do you still have nocturnal erections? In other words: Do you wake up with erection?

You should slowly start to increase the intensity when you feel your dick can take it. I’d take it as a guideline to continue using the basic newbie routine for atleast 1 month.

There is no such thing as abnormal LOT. Your lot is normal and by that I’d guide you to concentrate doing stretches downwards.
