Hey guys, I’m new here and I’ve got a bit of a problem, but before I state my problem, I just want to throw out there that I’m 20 years old but over the last year or two I’ve been masturbating about once per week on average, and no I haven’t been getting alot from girls.

I started PEing back in December and noticed in January I wasn’t getting any gains or morning wood at all, so I changed my routine from one suggested to me by a friend of mine (30 minutes of jelqing) to the newbie routine suggested here, except I was doing 3 days on 1 day off.. After 2 more weeks of no gains and no morning wood, I decided I should take a good break, so I did. I masturbated maybe once a week for about 4 or 5 weeks, but my morning wood never really returned.

I can’t actually remember if before I started my first PE routine if I was getting morning wood or not.. I’m a rower, so I was getting up at 4:30am in the fall, but can’t remember if I was getting lots of wood then or not.. Either way, it’s never really returned.

Being a rower, I get plenty of exercise and I eat pretty healthy.. I’m in great physical shape overall.

A couple weeks ago I started doing the real newbie routine, 2 days on, one day off. A 5 minute warmup in the shower, some light stretching followed by 10 minutes of jelqing and then some kegeling and a warm down and I was getting occasional morning wood and I know I was getting some night wood too.. But my morning wood is gone again, which is supposed to be a bad sign and so is my night wood, so I’ve been off for about four days now, but I’ve been masturbating everyday since I thought that maybe my lack of actually using my partner in crime was part of the reason he’s been down and out.

If you guys have any suggestions, I’m definitely open and ready to listen.

As for my EQ, I would say when I’m my firmest.. A 9 or a 10 for sure.

My suggestion: don’t worry about it. Morning wood is not the be-all end-all of erection quality. If you can get hard and it is stiff enough to penetrate the hole (or hand) of your choice, then that’s good EQ. Too much is made of morning wood around here, IMO. I have nocturnal erections all the time, but may or may not have one when I wake up. It isn’t as big a deal as some would believe.

Couple of quick thoughts.

I’ve read that a healthy man gets around 5 erections a night. Just because you woke up on an off cycle doesn’t mean too much. I would be more worried if your EQ was low during your masturbation sessions. Has you sleep changed?

I also had a decrease in EQ my second month, and it was from over training. Over training for me was 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off. And also jelqing too hard. I was bruising, but my EQ dropped. From the sound of your routine, you need to turn the volume down, quite a bit.

I don’t get morning wood so often, but I do notice now that I into PE, that my flaccid penis feels a lot fuller and denser when I wake up. It is almost like I just had an erection.

Point of this post… there is some subtlety in analysing the state of the penis. If I have morning wood once or twice a week I am nodding my head with satisfaction. If I have a heavy-feeling, easily arouse-able, flaccid every day I am still happy. If I have Mr Limpy, my girl friend is happy because I get up and make coffee instead of molesting her;)
