Newbie Question: Pump First Or Stretch?

Got an injury at gym, and started taking some peptides, so I decided it was a good time to take PE serious while also on TB-500, BPC-157, CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin. If there was ever a time to take it serious, the time is now, that stuff ain’t cheap.

My question is, should I pump first or stretch first?

I have been using a cheap love honey pump in water for 30 minutes then switching to a Phallosan for about 6 hours while watching Peaky Blinders. On day 3.

I’ve pondered this question myself.
After unknown hours of searching, reading, and learning, my conclusion is to stretch first. This way, all the penis needs to do is expand and pack the cylinder. This may save time and make the pumping session more productive.

Another idea I’ve read is to pump first to promote length gains. I don’t know which way would work best for you. Everyone is different.

Best practice, I would separate these two exercises by PE cycles (months), focusing on length first, using just extension exercises, such as stretching.

With that said, if you insist on doing lengthening and girth exercises (edema exercises) on the same day I would begin with lengthening exercises and once those are done for the day, then move on to girth work, such as pumping.

My experience is that the edema that comes with girth work can be counter productive during lengthening exercises. The edema can absolutely carry over, some degree, to the next day.

If you are just starting out, I would recommend exhausting gains from jelqing. This is a great exercise that incorporates both lengthening and expansion.

There was a time that I would isolate just extending Monday-Thursday and then move onto just pumping Friday-Sunday. While I knew I should just stick with the extending, I could not resist pumping on the weekends because I love sex with the immediate expansion afforded from pumping, yes, I am another victim of immediate gratification:-)

Like you said, we are all different. Definitely feel things out for your self, but there are definitely some best practice items that we can learn from others that have already done some of that trial and error for us.

Also, if your pump currently does not have a gauge, I would pick up a pump with a gauge when you have the opportunity. It’s helpful to see what your vacuum is measuring at.

I’ll take whatever I can get!
But I think realistically I would like to gain .75” length. And I have no concept of how measurements for girth actually would look, but a little more wouldn’t hurt.

A small additional bit of information on dosages
BPC-157 500mcg in the morning near shoulder
TB-500 1mg a day into the love handle
CJC-1295/Ipamorelin 100mg stomach morning and night

I have put a little bit of BPC-157 into fat pad, about 100mcg at night, but towards the beginning of usage it kept me from sleeping, so I am still trying to work on my sleep hygiene so I can asses how it affects my sleep now that I am used to BPC. CJC/IPAM also used to keep me from sleeping but I have adjusted over the course of a month and can sleep on it. I did try to do BPC intracavernous, but after a small amount I did not feel comfortable with the sensation and stopped.
