Newbie Question
So, to start, I’ve been at this for about 4 months. I have noticed a small improvement in my NBPEL and EG, but this is likely due to hypertrophy more than anything and would fade quickly if I stopped.
My current routine has increased a bit from the “newbie routine”, and now it’s more like:
3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off
10 min warm up
10 min manual stretch, :30 holds in 4 directions x5
20-30 min wet jelq
ULI#3 for a bit (new addition)
Warm down and 5 mins or so of kegels +kegels throughout the day
My question is, do you guys think that I will continue to see gains if I stick with a program similar to this? I don’t have a whole lot of time to do this each day - as I work and am a full time student - and I don’t have access to extenders or pumps because the country I currently live in doesn’t allow sex paraphernalia through customs. I’m very consistent with my routine, and I’m willing to add more manual stuff to it if needed, but am not really sure where else to go from here unless I just stick to the same and continue increasing the work capacity (volume)
