There are many guys that hit “plateaus” during PE. I would first take ys advise and make sure you are measuring consistently. Then take his advise again and read Sparkyx’s thread (IMHO one of the most helpful threads here). Then take his last bit of advise and read Bib’s LOT theory.
You may ask, why are you posting if your just saying the same thing as ys? Yeah, I really don’t know….lol.
Oh yeah, my advise (after you have followed ys’) is to maybe switch things up a bit. Change your routine a little. You don’t have to change time or intensity. Maybe just changing the order or the time of day. Whatever you do, be patient. Gains will come.
