Newbie routine question

Newbie routine question

I read the newbie routine:

“5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF”

I’ll probably up the time for jelqing and stretching a bit because i’ve been pe’ing for a few weeks already. But it fails to mention what kind of stretches. What stretches should be used? Thanks.

Stretch in all directions. Straight down, straight out, straight up, to the left and right, make a giant circle stretch, and BTC (between the cheeks) stretch.

So if they are 10 30 second sets would I do:
30 sec straight out
30 sec down/btc
30 sec up
30 sec left
30 sec right
repeat?

That’s right. Don’t forget the giant circles in both clockwise and counter clockwise directions. And straight down and BTC are not the same. Straight down you are grabbing from the front and BTC, you are reaching in from behind your legs and pulling down and back up against your butt cheeks.
