First: Re-read everything you can about the newbie routine. Virtually everything you’ll need to get started is there.
1: KY jelly (or the store-brand equivalent is easily cleaned up with water. (or use lotion, which will keep hands and penis smooth and soft)
2: Yes some guys have injured themselves-usually because they didn’t follow the guidelines. (They didn’t warm-up, they overdid it, etc)
3: I’ve never heard this. I can’t imagine how it could.
4: Avoid pressure on the glans. Hold below the glans.
