Hi, everybody.
First of all, congrats to the great effort in gathering all these valuable info! I was really skeptical before entering here, but I’ve seen serious posts that encouraged me starting this PE journey.

I’m a newbie (02/2010) and I’ve just started the newbie routine.

But a lot of doubts came to my mind while I was doing my workout:

1st: What should be a good interval between two kegels/two stretches? Cause during the exercises, you Jelq continuously, but what about the rest time after one kegel/stretch and the next one? (I mean, thinking in the kegels, for example: you contract and hold for 5 seconds, but how long you wait after release the muscle and then contract again?)

2nd: Ok, I’m aware PE workout it’s not the same as muscle training (muscle hypertrophy). But as it is said that the tunica tissue material is mainly collagen, is it worth to ingest it somehow? (By eating jelly, maybe)

3rd: When we think about increase size by stretching the tunica (as it is composed by collagen fibers and not muscles), would it get thinner with time? (And consequently, more susceptible to diseases like Peyronie?)

First welcome to the forum and the world of PE.

1st -
Kegels. I allow the muscles to relax (1/2 to 1 Second estimate) then squeeze again.
Stretches - When I manually stretch I pull on my unit until the hand gets tired (2-3 minutes) then switch hands. Switching hands may take 5-10 Seconds to get a good grip then I pull for another 2-3 minutes in another direction. I keep doing this until I reach the time I want to stretch.

2nd - There is a lot of debate on taking supplements of various types. I eat balanced meals, exercise, drink enough water, and get most of the recommended rest. Supplements are a choice. I haven’t read anything that has really convinced me they do anything and that they are worth the money.

3rd - I really don’t know. They may in the short term. I think if you take it slow and gradually increase the PE workout; the body will adjust and keep the same basic structure by adding more tissue at the cellular structure level to accommodate the stress put on the body over time. I have nothing that supports this statement. I just think the body works that way.

1st- Don’t think kegels matter in stretching. In jelqing, though, you shouldn’t worry of having such a precise calculating thing; just mantain your penis at the desired erection state you want and you’r good to go.

2nd- I think depriving your body from that MAY prevent some gains but, if you stop to think, there’s just a minimal ammount of that needs for your penis to grow. If you think you grow let’s say… 1/6” for month (a huge gain); how many grams of proteins is that in 30 days? Practically nothing…

3rd-if that was true you could eventually rip your penis in half literally just by pulling it out. :P

4Foreskin: for sure you are in a much more higher level then us, newbies. The newbie routine recommends 30 secs stretches. I’m doing a 10 sec pause to rest/re-grip between stretches (I don’t know if the interval time really matter that much), and 1 to 3 sec between kegels.

Well: about nutrition, I agree with you both: probably a balanced meal would supply the basic needs, but I prefer to re-enforce it a little since it’s really cheap (the standard portion of jelly here is less than you$0,50), but I don’t know how effective this can be. For example: for muscle hypertrophy, I used to eat egg whites (also very cheap), which contains albumin (all the amino-acids needed for muscle fibers construction), but muscle training is a very known process (and PE process, for me, it’s a little nebulous yet).

Boo-Ya: maybe I didn’t express myself clearly.. I didn’t mean getting the disease during the workouts, but as a consequence of a very long term training and then, for example, with a wild ride with a big curvy ass in our cock. But this is a doubt/concern, not a opinion about what really happens. Someone noticed that? (Until now, I didn’t see yet in the forum).

But I’m yet really curious about all the physiology involving PE. If you have any nice thread about the subject to recommend, please post. I tried some searches, but what I’ve found was not very useful/related.

Sadly there isn’t much in the way of physiology in relation to PE. Most in the medical world will Pooh pooh the idea, no matter what those who have tried it, and received gains say about it.

We in Thunder’s are fortunate enought to have those such as Avocet and Westla
(alphabetical order :) ), who have the medical knowledge and experience of PE to be able to give definitive views of the subject. This is backed up by the enthusiasm shown by our members, who have actually tried the methods, and found them successful .

I tried some advanced searches with these names (Avocet, Westla), but there were no results. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, they changed their profiles or simply left the community.
