Newbie Questions

Hello,

I’m a starter in jelqing. Now when i handjelq i always have skin from my strotum while i handjelq. Is this not good or is this normal?

Another question how long do you have jelq before you can do sex? And a last questions i’m reading alot Kegels can you do this while masturabating or do you have to do this in the jelq routine? I hope someone can answer this questions :)

Its not suprising that you are pushing forward skin from the scrotum, either ignore it or or do what I do (sometimes) which is to slightly release the grip near the glans apply a new grip lightly 1/3 up the shaft and pull the skin back before applying full strength to the grip.

You should leave at least 2hrs after jelqing before sex.

You can do kegels when you want. Some guys stress doing them until you hit the burn but thats about it. Try doing 5 sec+ holds as well as just a flex and release.
