Hey guys, been peing for just under 2 months and have a few questions. Any help is appreciated. Thanks alot.

1. I have read that a hot shower is a good warm up. Does standing in the shower for 5 minutes replace a hot wrap or do you still need to wrap while in the shower?

2. Is it ok to masturbate before or after jelqing?

3. Is it possible to make BPEL gains but not EL gains?

I think it’s OK, as long as you have a waterpic or handheld shower head so you can get the hot water right on your unit. Otherwise it probably won’t be hot enough.

If you gain weight and your fat pad increases, or if you press harder into your fat pad to get a BPEL measurement, yes.

About masturbation before or after jelqing I have read in several places (including penishealth website) that it is note beneficial to masturbate before or after (in 3 hour range if I’m right). And if you think about it, after masturbation your penis will become more stiff ! Also there was also something more scientific, but I can’t recall !

Anyone knows something more concrete ?

Most of this stuff in PE is the result of experimentation from guys that know what works and what doesn’t. I’ve always been the type of guy that learns from other peoples failures and successes. So, if anything listen to guys like Cheeva. He seems to know what he’s talking about. I mean it.

As far as I go, warming seems to be the key. I bought one of those gel type heat pads with a cloth sleeve around it. I put it in the microwave for about 45 seconds, take it out squish it around to disperse the heat and whack it on my limp wang for about 5 mins. From there I go to stretching. Amazing difference between a heated and non heated workout.

As far as masturbation goes, I save cumming for my girlfriend. 1) A hot shower activates the general circulation in your body but has no great impact on the penis’ local circulation unless you keep your penis under the shower for 5 to 10 minutes.

2) I always recommend the same rule that athletes follow: no sex (masturbation included) right before the game.

3) It happens before the gains are consolidated. Once you make your gains “yours”, BPEL should equal EL.

Well, I don’t know about you all, but for myself? If I masturbate BEFORE I Jelq, I can’t get the necessary hardness to Jelq at all (at least not for awhile!).

So, again, I say, for me, (hell, how can I say for anyone else?) If I know I’m going to want to cum, I ALWAYS do it AFTER I jelq.
