Newbie Questions
Hello all, I just got out of a breakup so I’m planning on getting back into PE. I followed JP’s 90 day 2 on 1 off routine for a month a while back and noticed some small EL results. I am mainly going for girth gains as I am 7” BPEL and 5” EG, I’d like to get to 5.75-6” EG and cement those gains and I’ll be happy, by then I’m sure I’ll be about 7.5” BPEL which I won’t mind at all. Before starting back into it, I’d like to ask you guys a personal question on how PE has affected your mindset along with a few other questions.
Does doing PE actually make you more self conscious of your size? I figure if you spend so much time focused on improving it, it must keep your mind on your size, or lack thereof, more often than if you were to just accept your size and learn to “love thy self.”
Also, is it reasonable for me to want to achieve my .75 to 1” increase in EG within 6-8 months?
I have a very small flacid length for some reason, like 2-3 inch flacid length. I’ve read that people with small flacid length have better gains, is this true?
I work around 50-55 hours a week and go to the gym 5-6 days a week, I’m learning Spanish, volunteering 4 hours a week and I’m trying to read 100 pages a day on my off days (financial literacy and personal development books). Is adding 2 on 1 off 1 hour PE sessions to my schedule going to be too much for me? Any advice you guys could give me on how you hold yourself to your routine? Any time management tips?
Lastly, is this thread where I should post my results weekly to bi-newly? Or is there a different thread for that? I feel like having people keeping up with my progress would keep me on track.
