Hello all, I just got out of a breakup so I’m planning on getting back into PE. I followed JP’s 90 day 2 on 1 off routine for a month a while back and noticed some small EL results. I am mainly going for girth gains as I am 7” BPEL and 5” EG, I’d like to get to 5.75-6” EG and cement those gains and I’ll be happy, by then I’m sure I’ll be about 7.5” BPEL which I won’t mind at all. Before starting back into it, I’d like to ask you guys a personal question on how PE has affected your mindset along with a few other questions.

Does doing PE actually make you more self conscious of your size? I figure if you spend so much time focused on improving it, it must keep your mind on your size, or lack thereof, more often than if you were to just accept your size and learn to “love thy self.”

Also, is it reasonable for me to want to achieve my .75 to 1” increase in EG within 6-8 months?

I have a very small flacid length for some reason, like 2-3 inch flacid length. I’ve read that people with small flacid length have better gains, is this true?

I work around 50-55 hours a week and go to the gym 5-6 days a week, I’m learning Spanish, volunteering 4 hours a week and I’m trying to read 100 pages a day on my off days (financial literacy and personal development books). Is adding 2 on 1 off 1 hour PE sessions to my schedule going to be too much for me? Any advice you guys could give me on how you hold yourself to your routine? Any time management tips?

Lastly, is this thread where I should post my results weekly to bi-newly? Or is there a different thread for that? I feel like having people keeping up with my progress would keep me on track.

Damn bro, you want to do a lot of things. That’s nice as long as you plan your day out good.

I can’t really tell you much if it makes you more self-conscious about your size because I was already very self-conscious about it before even knowing they exist so I think it depends on the person.

About the gains, well, it’s something hard to tell. Some people seem to gain faster than others even when doing the same routine. The time to get results vary person to person. In my opinion it’s a very short frame of time to make those gains but there are some who say they’ve done it. Just try not to get to focused on the time you take to get to your goals but rather in if you’re doing things good and if you’re seeing even the smallest progress.

Post whenever you feel like it. It may help you to keep on track but do it in the progress reports section. I wouldn’t suggest you measuring very often because at least for me it’s quite disappointing when I see the measurements are the same.

By the way I speak spanish very fluently (My native language) so if you want some help with it I could do it, I love languages.

I would say your goal is probably doable, but your timeframe is probably too short. Especially with all those commitments.

PE can be a serious time sink. And you shouldn’t let it cut into getting enough sleep, because your body needs that time to repair itself and build new tissue. Just like your other exercise activites.

But if you can fit it in, go for it! Start the newbie routine, and follow that for 3–6 months before adding anything new. I would encourage you to do 2 days on, 2 days off.

Well it probably depends on the person. Some might obsess about PE and feel very insecure about their size. I approach my PE like I do my gym routine. I have what I need, but why not go for more. Every lady that saw me without a shirt said I look good. Still I exercise. Every woman that saw me without pants said I’m huge, still I go for more.You have a lot of other commitments, so my advice to you would be, if PE doesn’t mess with your other commitments, then why not? As long as you keep your priorities in check.

Having finger in too many pies. In-fact I follow a similar routine. I work, work-out, study mathematics and polymer science (professional pursuits) and of course PE. I keep a journal of these things, that helps to a great extent.

However, reading feeds on thundersplace (old threads) is taking up most of time free time, lately.

I do as much or more on a regular basis and have fit in around 45 minutes of routine broken into 2 sessions.

Set goals lower and find the time to make it work. With limited time comes limited gains. Just have to stick it out long term.

Wow I really wasn’t expecting this many serious replies in such little time, I could get used to this community haha. Thank you everyone for your encouragement and advice. I’ll be starting the JP 90 day routine today before the gym 2 days on 2 off sounds like a good idea for now. Thanks again!

I’ve actually found that doing PE makes me feel better about myself, cock and all. I feel more supportive of myself. I enjoy it and look forward to it.

Also, your timeframe on girth gains may be short. Stay in it though - slow and steady. Good luck on your return to PE!

Consistency over a long period is way better than amount of hours per day spent on PE. 10 minutes a day over three years will yield more results than 3 hours a day over a month would. So just aim to be consistent.
