Hey guys,

Just started PE, I’ve done a bit before but never kept a routine. Now I’m keeping a routine going and hopefully make some gains.

I just had a few questions, I tried searching but couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for.

So I do warm up, stretching, jelqs. I also have started using the Bathmate also and was thinking of using a traction device.

My question is;
My penis has started to feel sore on the left and right side of the penis, not so much pain, but like it’s had a good stretch and was wondering, is this a sign of me doing damage, or is this more to do with it having a good workout? Could I have pumped too much with the bathmate?

My other question is, is it a good idea to do 1 day girth workouts including pumping, and then next day length workouts including traction device and stretching etc?

If you’re just starting PE, most folks around here would recommend to wait on using the bathmate/traction for a few months and stick to the Newbie Routine. And most folks who are into pumping shy away from the Bathmate because you can’t measure pressure. I’m glad you’re warming up. Good luck!

You might be stretching the skin more than actually stretching your dick. You’ll get a feel for this the more that you do manual stretches. If your skin feels extremely tight while you’re stretching, then that’s what you’ll be stretching and it will limit how much you’re actually stretching your dick.
