Newbie Questions
Hey guys,
Just started PE, I’ve done a bit before but never kept a routine. Now I’m keeping a routine going and hopefully make some gains.
I just had a few questions, I tried searching but couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for.
So I do warm up, stretching, jelqs. I also have started using the Bathmate also and was thinking of using a traction device.
My question is;
My penis has started to feel sore on the left and right side of the penis, not so much pain, but like it’s had a good stretch and was wondering, is this a sign of me doing damage, or is this more to do with it having a good workout? Could I have pumped too much with the bathmate?
My other question is, is it a good idea to do 1 day girth workouts including pumping, and then next day length workouts including traction device and stretching etc?
