Hey guys !

So I’m a newbie in my first week, and I have some interrogations. I hope these aren’t already evoked questions, I tried the search bar before asking. Anyways.

Regarding the newbie routine :
-When I stretch, should I stretch non-stop in the 5 min stretching while changing the orientation of the stretch every 30sec, or should I pose every 30sec ? If I do, how long should I pose ?

-I have a weird sensation just below the glans when I jelq and I’m aroused, as if there’s precum trapped in there. So sometimes I masturbate, I cum, pose for 5 minutes then I continue my jelqs. Is there a problem with that ?

-I do kegels when I jelq, (3 sec kegel before every jelq), should I do another series of kegels at the end alone or not ?

The stretches should be done 30 seconds in each direction before moving to the next direction. For example: 30 sec up, 30 sec down, 30 sec left, 30 sec right, followed by 30 sec straight out. Do as many rounds of this sequence as you feel your unit can handle but start out with one round and slowly work your way up in number and duration of stretches.

There are many people who will tell you not to jack off or cum in the time you a lot for PE. Some feel it negatively affects gains. Some feel it doesn’t matter.

Personally, I feel it’s important to keep the two separate. However, if jacking off before doing your jelqs means you are more likely to do them or will do them more consistently.. then I would argue that would be the best course of action for you.

Doing kegels during each jelq as you have described is a great place to start. Extra kegels at the end are unnecessary, but wouldn’t hurt. Honestly, you can do your kegels whenever you want. They are not necessary for penis enlargement but they certainly help. Like anything, just start slow and work your way up.

In short, always make sure you have a reason for doing something and understand why you are doing it, and don’t be afraid to ask questions like you have done.

About the stretching, you confirm that there is no need for recovery between each direction nor between each round if I do this set more than 1 time ?
