I am very frustrated about this. I went through a surgery 15 years ago, it had no results.
My wife and I have a great sex, but I’m suspecting that it is great for me and not for her.
This is REALLY disturbing me.. When I’m naked in front of my wife and or at the gym. I’m always hiding.. So I heard that vacuuming is a good and safe method
1. Do you think that my measurements means I can get good or bad results (or it dies not matter)?
2. What is the best newbie guide for pumping?
3. After what time ill be able to see results?
Thanks for your help
What kind of surgery did you have?
I suspect that the rate of penis volume growth while doing PE increases as the penis becomes larger, but I’m not certain about that. If there is an underlying medical condition preventing penis growth then I think it could complicate your progress, but there’s only one way to find out.
I think someone totally new to PE should see some uncemented temporary gains within the first 2 weeks, maybe even the next day. But I’m not certain about that, it’s been too long since I first started and I don’t remember that aspect of my experience clearly.
If I was starting PE from scratch, I would go straight into pumping and be cautious with vacuum pressure, starting with 1 inHg and moving towards 5 inHg. It’s a good idea to read about what pumping injuries can look like before hand. You should avoid severe edema while pumping, the edema itself doesn’t seem to be a problem because it goes way, but if you combine severe edema with masturbation, jelqing, or sliding the tube back and forth you can get some stretch marks behind the glans. I’ve never gotten a blister from pumping, but I understand they should be taken seriously. Burst capillaries are also a sign to stop and re-evaluate.
