Hello guys , newbie lurker here for the past couple of months I’ve just been reading post and want to actually get serious with PE. I was wondering if anyone here can help me with the struggles I am personally going through. For one it may sound stupid but how hot should the hot towel be ? I was taking a hot shower yesterday and I put a wrap around it and I felt like it wasn’t doing anything. Also with the manual stretches should I begin with just up down left right ? To be quite honest I do not feel a stretch feel and I know I’m pulling as hard as I can. I hang currently 5.25/5.5 around there and would like to be at least 7 inches. Also can I stretch and jelq in a hot shower instead of wrap I have the privacy for it I just don’t do it because the videos I’ve seen here I see the guy demonstrating out the shower which confuses me. If anyone has links and websites with visuals I would really appreciate it the abbreviations sometimes confuse me and when people write their steps of how to do things I get lost I am a visual person. LOL sorry for the complications guys I’m just eager to grow and can’t if I haven’t started !

The recommended temperature of hot water at the faucet is 120°, which is hot enough to kill bacteria but not so hot as to scald. I added this otherwise useless info because you mentioned the hot towel wasnt very hot.

For a hot wrap I suggest it to be as warm as you can comfortably get it. You do not want to scald yourself. When I shower I’ll take the hand held, reduce the cold water supply, and focus it on my dick for a bit to warm it and do some stretches. I use an electric heat pad when I pump.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

It would be a good idea to read through the beginners section. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Thanks man I appreciate it , when I jelq pushing the blood up my shaft I notice my skin gets in a bunch while going up is that normal I am uncut

Thanks do you know any stretches that worked for you ?

I’m primarily a pumper. When I stretch it is mainly situation based- taking a pee, changing clothes, etc., and then it is just straight down. Stretching while in the shower is probably my longest session. For me, stretching is part of my effort to transition from a shower to a grower, and I have had some success in this effort.

I consider my penis to be very conditioned for the rigours of PE, but there are still times when I over do it and my EQ suffers. In those times I just back off PE and let it recover, maybe doing some light massage and light stretching.
