Newbie 'Rest' question

Newbie 'Rest' question

When you take a day off or it’s the day after a good training day and you still feel somewhat strained from either extending or stretching/jelqing.. Do you still continue your routine?

I fear that even though I’m still not 100% because of minor soreness or glans sensitivity that I must continue the consistent schedule otherwise risk losing progress.

Is it similar going to the gym with minor muscle aches and zero motivation, but you force yourself to go anyway?

This is really subjective I know but help a newbie understand maybe how you personally determine if you need more rest. Do you ever take 2 days? 3 days?

I don’t want to develop a “tough” penis and cap my potential as I’ve seen people say.

I hear erection quality is a good indicator.. But I’m somewhat young I can always get a 80%+ but once flaccid I will still feel the skin sensitivity/tissue soreness (mainly in my “inside penis” at the base from extending)

Thanks.

Any input is appreciated.

Start a routine again two weeks after you notice you’re completely healed.
