Hello, my fellow guys.

I came across PE/Thunder’sPlace like 7-8 years ago, but back then my life wasn’t stable enough to hold any kind of routine and I never started.
But now I’m back, better than ever.
I improved every single aspect of my life and now I want to improve my dick too.

A few days ago I found the /r/gettingbigger subreddit and it piqued my interest again.
So now I’m looking for a good newbie routine, but there a lot of them.
I’m 100% sure I will just stay at manual stretching/jelqing and want to get more length/girth.

The subreddit has those 2 routines linked and I would like to do both.

I’m going to warm up/down 5~ minutes with a rice sock.

As said before, I actually have no experience stretching/jelqing.
Does this routine look good to you - my experienced enlargers?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I took a peak at the reddit routines and I don’t see anything dangerous. With that being said the newbie routine on thunders has been tried and true for a very long time. I would suggest starting with that until gains stall.

reddit has something against jelqing in general and they are hypocritical because they ban the jelq saying is pretty easy getting injured but they recommend clamping to the newbies and still have a high incidence of penile injury compared to thundersplace

For me all those PE sub reddits are only made to sell PE tools and several people who doesnt know anything about the PE spread bad advices
