Newbie Routine Is Dog Shit

I don’t mean they should, but I think there are more honest guidelines for newcomers although they are probably harder to explain and understand.

I wouldn’t have the pretension to write them all by myself. But as someone who observed routines and skill teaching, not in PE, for over 20 years with great interest, I can tell that if a same routine works consistently, it’s just pure luck and on a case by case basis. I observed how the most skilled, really at the highest level in my discipline, teach irrealistic methods and don’t understand their own skills. And compared to it, PE is really small niche of very few people. I know that routines don’t work. Routines are the antithesis of building skills and virtues.

Wow! I read this, the newbie is awesome until I advanced, and I always used the newbie as a warm up before I started my more advanced exercise after I was experimenting, I had success very quickly, I find this funny an being very immature, be careful, it is your dick not mine, and when it won’t get hard for a while, don’t bother posting. Time, patience, quality and the belief what you are doing will work for you.

I suggest the Newbie Routine, it is a proven routine and a very good one, I never left the routine. I used it before my more advanced exercises, sort of as a warm up. I reached my goal in less than a year and continued to gai afterwards.

I agree but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

People who can handle more advanced stuff like in other forums have insane gains like 2 inches in 8 months or 1 inch girth from starting out clamping. But what you don’t see are the people who have permanently hurt themselves from doing too much too soon.

Take it slow, you can gain nothing in your first year and go on to get significant gains in the second and third years
