Newbie Routine Is Dog Shit
So im sure ill take hell for this but i think the newbie routine is crap. If your starting PE for the first time, what does everyone say? Start with the newbie routine, well what if your a hard gainer. My 2 cents is just heat the fuck out of your dick and jelq for 5 mins a day for 2 weeks them increase and start stretching, and kegal while jelqing, then start with pumping or extending then clamping then if you want try other crazy stretches. But i think the newbie was a good idea years ago but times have changed and peoples dicks are not the same. Now i get alot of you had success but i also read that alot dont. As my boy titelist says, jelq by jelq click by click and pump by pump. Start the blow back lol
