newbie routine questions incl Bathmate

I didn’t find a solid thread with detailed answers about the newbie routine, especially not one including Bathmate. If there is a thread answering all of the below then please point me there!
FIRST PART:
My routine before was
a1) Full body warm shower a minute or two, warmer than regular “clean myself” shower. Shaking penis a bit to get blood flow.
a2) Stretching a total of 10x 30 seconds.
The usual order is in the five directions, 30 secs in each direction, and two rounds of that, in summary 2x5x30s. All-round streching (literally).
Sometimes I change it, 30s SO, 30s SD, then repeat five times, in summary 5x2x30. Focusing more on two important directions.
QUESTION 1: Is one of these two stretching alternatives more effective than the other? Why?
Then I’ve sometimes added slow cranking, about 10 secs per crank, and 5x CW, then 5x CCW. The slow speed allows me some control of the force. Maybe could go even slower.
QUESTION 2: Is there really any point in doing the cranking when I’ve already done the regular stretching? How effective is cranking compared to the regular stretching?
Then moving on:
a3) Jelqing 50-70 slow ones, somewhere between wet and dry, I use lube but skin tends to partly move with the fingers. Low-ish pressure but increasing it slowly up to medium hard or so the last few.
QUESTION 3: What is the optimal pressure and how does it change during an effective newbie set?
QUESTION 4: I frequently have very low erection during jelqing but it still seems to do something. I know one shouldn’t have 100% but is there an optimal erection level?
a4) Shower again, warm “down”.
SECOND PART:
Now I have bought a Bathmate X30 and I think I’ll probably still do days without it and then just like the optimized version of the above. But of course the reason for buying it was to play with it and hopefully benefit.
b1) warm shower
b2) Bathmate 2 + 3 + 5 minutes moving up in pressure but never into pain. Is this better than one long 10 minute set gradually increasing pressure? Is there any point with the rest in between?
How to best combine it with the newbie routine?
I have tried jelqing between BM sets, and I’ve tried jelqing after BM sets. In both cases the penis is much fuller than during regular jelqing so I suspect it to be more effective. I’ve also tried stretching 2x5x30 before the BM sets. I have no idea what would be the best combination.
Logically, the stretching gives more length than girth, but not only. Then the jelqing gives more girth than length, but not only and depends how you do it too. Question is what the BM does? It definitely gives girth, but it also obviously pulls on the cock so I think it might give length as well.
QUESTION: What is a good newbie routine combining the regular newbie routine with Bathmate?
PE start Aug 25, 2013: BPEL 6.7" x EG 4.7" and BPFSL 7".
Paused between Dec 2013 and Dec 2014 due to injury. Careful with those rice socks!
Goal 7" x 5". Ideal is 8" x 6" but let's not even dream about that yet...!
