Hey Guys. I’m just starting back on this journey I was looking at the newbie routine and thinking of doing the DIY ADS in the videos with wrapping at night for no turtling I saw on her. Also maybe a bathemate secession each day. What do yall think sound like a decent plan? I started over a year ago with a sg extender and got very uncomfortable and lost motivation. Thanks for any help!

Dont use extender over night very very dangerous. Also just stick to manual stretches and jelqing only it will work.

I did not mean a extender over night but just a wrap and the homemade all day stretcher during the day while at work ..

Oh ok sorry. Just do newbie routine in my opinion ADS isnt helping with jelqing gains. Do manual stretches those worked good for me. I never gained on it but in combination with jelqing it works very good.

I would also say start out with newbie routine to learn the basics and then eventually turn to an ADS if that turns out to be the best solution for you. But that said I learned the hard way too. Started out with and ADS, wasted a lot of money on broken devices and pieces, but you might have to that route too. Turning to manual exercises was best for me, less time invasive, its free and the feeling of the workout is awesome too. But I probably would’ve done the ADS anyway even had I asked. I read DO newbie routine everywhere, its for a reason.. It was a learning curve, but unnecessary really. But really do what feels right and motivates you, eventually it is consistency and persistence which is the key to gains
