I’m very glad to be here. I have been a lurker on the Thunder’s for a while now, reading posts and doing as much research as possible. I have now completed my second workout of the Newbie Routine and I’m feeling good.
1) I just wanted to ask if there is anything wrong with not stretching straight down? I feel a slight sharp, uncomfortable sensation at the junction where the penis meets pelvis only when stretching straight down but not in any other direction. It just doesn’t feel right.
2) My starting measurements:
BPEL: 5.75 in
NBPEL: 5.0 in
Beg: 5.5 in
Meg 5.25in
Final goal:
BPEL: 8 in
Uniform girth: 6 in
Do you guys think that these goals are possible and realistic with manual only exercises?
