Hi Everyone,

I’m very glad to be here. I have been a lurker on the Thunder’s for a while now, reading posts and doing as much research as possible. I have now completed my second workout of the Newbie Routine and I’m feeling good.

1) I just wanted to ask if there is anything wrong with not stretching straight down? I feel a slight sharp, uncomfortable sensation at the junction where the penis meets pelvis only when stretching straight down but not in any other direction. It just doesn’t feel right.

2) My starting measurements:

BPEL: 5.75 in
NBPEL: 5.0 in
Beg: 5.5 in
Meg 5.25in

Final goal:

BPEL: 8 in
Uniform girth: 6 in

Do you guys think that these goals are possible and realistic with manual only exercises?

1) Stretch straight out. No problem.

2) Your girrth goal is realistic with manuals. In fact you do have very nice girth as you are now. The length goal is too much to achieve with manuals only. 7 BPEL would be more realistic.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Do the Newbie Routine and see where that takes you. Then decide in a few months if you need, or want, to move on.

Hello Touttout, Welcome to Thunders.

If there is a part of any routine that makes you uncomfortable, then don’t do it. It’s not worth injuring yourself over to get that downward stretch. Do the other stretches for now and you may want to attempt the downward later on. If it still bothers you, then it’s no big deal. There are plenty of other exercises that will take the place of it.

As far as your goal, I’m not going to say it’s impossible but I would suggest possibly setting something more attainable in shorter increments of time. Then if you reach those goals, you can pursue a next goal.

When you are conditioned enough, sure, I don’t see a problem. But, for now, stick to manuals at least for 6 months IMO

Thank you for your response. The 8x6 would just be my ultimate goal, I’m not sure what would be a realistic short term goal and how to time it? For example, would +0.5in in length and +0.25in in girth by month 3 be a realistic short term goal?

The way I did it when I first started was that I didn’t even set a goal. First I had to know it was working. Once I could tell there were physical changes happening(I didn’t measure), I felt I would put a realistic goal on the table and the time frame I gave myself is one year. PE isn’t an overnight thing. It takes time and determination. You have to want to do it and for the right reasons.

That being said, I will tell you right now, that you shouldn’t be measuring constantly. You should be measuring every three months. So if you feel you would like to make small goals to achieve in three months time, go for it. If you’re like me, I’ve gained more length than girth. I have also gained quite a bit to start, but it’s not always the case. Every penis is different and will react to PE differently. What I probably experienced is what they call a “newbie pop”. I gained a lot in the beginning, but my gains will start slowing down now.

And your goal of 8x6, that’s good. Something to push for long term. We all have our hopes, but don’t get discouraged if you don’t meet certain goals you may set for yourself. Keep on going, no matter what. If you want it bad enough, then work to get it. :)

Thank you for your response and advice. I think I will do the newbie routine diligently until my third month, at which point I will measure and then use those results to plan out some marker goals for my journey to hit 8x6. If anyone feels that this is a silly plan please do let me know!

I think it’s a great idea. Just remember to remain consistent, take your rest days, and don’t overwork your penis. These can all influence how well you gain. Many men have fallen because they break the rules. Follow the rules and you’ll get results.
