Some Newbie questions
Hey, this is my first post so be easy on me.
I’ve read thousands of posts on this site and I’m convinced I can gain by doing this PE thing. I have been doing the newbie routine for about 2 and a half months and have gained in the BPEL by about 0.3 inches but none in the EL department yet. I’m fine with that, I enjoy doing the exercises sometimes. However, I had to take a week off recently so I’m hoping I haven’t screwed up any gains.
In regards to measuring FSL, its very difficult for me to do because I always feel like I get different measurements. So I don’t really keep track of that.
I hear that people like doing the rice sock so much more then the washcloth which I do right now. So, my questions might seem kind of dumb but I’m a little confused.
How much rice do you put in the sock?
Do you literally put your unit in the rice in the sock or on top of the rice or it doesn’t matter?
Wouldn’t you be going through so many boxes of rice by doing it this way?
Once again I know these might be stupid questions but I want to get the best warmup possible haha
Also, I jelq while sitting down. What are people’s opinions on jelqing while standing? Or is there no difference
Do people jelq straight out or jelq up? Does it depend on your LOT? (I usually try to switch up and do straight out and then up halfway through)
