Newbie Stretching
In the newbie stretch routine it says to stretch for 5 minutes (Ten - 30 sec. Stretches). The routine say to gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches over about 6 weeks time. Does this mean to increase the number of seconds during each stretch? For instance, if I do Ten 30 sec. Stretches the first week then increase to Ten 40 sec. Stretches the second week, is that right? Or do I increase the number of times I do the 30 sec. Stretches? For example, for the first week I do Ten 30 sec. Stretches but for the second week do Fifteen 30 sec. Stretches. Really I’m just kind of confused, so if anyone can help me, please do.
