Newbie wrapping question

I’ve just started PE this week, a couple of sessions so far. I’d like to know if it’s recommended to do some light wrapping along with the PE. I get some pretty good turtling during the day. After PE it’s not so bad for a half hour or so but it eventually goes back to it’s normal shrunken state after that. I’ve read that just light ACE wrapping can prevent that and help flaccid gains. Big Girtha uses the “Never let it turtle” for his sig line.

Any insights?

I never wrapped. To warm up I get an erection and also an erection afterwards to prevent turtling.
