Stupid newbie question.

Hey guys, just started today, finished my first routine. (Nothing too big, five-ten minutes of stretching, ten of jelqing) I had a question: what exactly are kegels? I haven’t seen them explained in any of the newbie routine posts or in the technical/how-to forum. Thanks in advance.

Leeroy: Another tips. If you want people to read your posts, use good descriptive subject lines.

E.g. instead of using “Stupid newbie question” which only people with too much time actually read, you could use “What is a kegel?” and all the kegel-lovers would immediately reply with their best kegel exercises.
Now, they don’t even read your post.

Oden: I’ll bare that in mind, but honestly I figured it was a quick question that could be answered with little fuss. Wasn’t really trying to make an impression or anything.

I am not talking about making an impression either. Just maximize your chance of getting readers.
