I notice a lot of new members around, and hence this forum is getting a plethora of repeated questions.
First i would recommend all to read this:
Second, i feel it would help a lot to our new members if we had a list of the major exercises and how the attribute to PE.
Third, I would like to emphasize that PE is NOT something that happens overnight, just like body building it takes dedication, time and a lot of mental toughness.
List of exercises and mainly attributed function:
Warmup: EXTREMELY NECESSARY. Helps you prevent injury, prepare for workout, much like stretching in the gym.
Stretching: Also very necessary. I think the stretching effects are self-explanatory.
Jelqing: If you don’t know what jelqing is, please start here
Jelqing is mainly the bread and butter of PE as i see it. It helps in both girth and length gains, although most tend to focus on length with jelqing. IT IS IMPERATIVE that you perform jelqs and NOT masturbate.
Pumping: pumping enlarges your penis by reducing the pressure around it and letting it expand, it is mainly attributed to girth gains.
Hanging: hanging elongates your ligs by stretching them out with a force for a period of time. It’s main effects are long flaccid length, but it definitely helps with your erect length.
Clamping: Cuts off dorsal vein circulation and induces a more swelled erection to increase girth. SHOULD NOT BE done by newbies with no knowledge.
There are also a lot of minor exercises that falls in between these categories, such as ADS (all day stretch) devices that are sort of a combination of stretching and possibly hanging. And also there are a plenty of possible little things that you need to pay attention to. However, i would just familiarize yourselves with these exercises first.
