I have been doing PE exercises for 10 weeks now. I am writing this to reflect my experiences and maybe gain some insight from vets as well as ofer advice for newbies (Am I STILL a newbie after 10 weeks??)

I have followed Ludvadus’s routine pretty much. Not always with great consistency and I have probably had about 10 or so extra rest days than if I’d stuck to a strict 2 ON 1 OFF routine as he says.

In 10 weeks I have gained a bit over a half inch in length which I am pretty amazed by being sceptical going in. Maybe gained 1/8 for girth. Erection strength is improved.

Initially, being uncut it was tough going and I couldn’t jelq as consistently as I do now. A tip to those in the same boat is persist with it - eventually your skin at the base of the penis stretches to allow you to jelq more efficiently.

Perhaps the biggest surprise I have observed is that just this past week I took 3 days OFF and when I measured my erect length after this it was bigger than better. That doesn’t mean I will take 3 days off after each jelq but I will certainly experiment with longer than recommended rest to see if(like with weight training) produces an overcompensation effect beyond that which can be achieved from just 1 or 2 rest days a week. Any thoughts from vets on this odd result (I gained over 1/8 in 3 days off!)

One thing I don’t like is the loose skin that folds up at the base of the penis/balls? Is there any way to minimise this? Although it was vital for me to be able to jelq I don’t want it getting any worse:(

For now, although I find PE boring and tedious I will stick to the basics of jelq and stretch and leave the advanced stuff for later. Eventually I want to get to the stage where I can maintain my size. What frequency of PE would be sufficient for that based on users’ experience. I would love to just maintain doing PE just once or twice a week max.

Once or twice a week would be fine for maintaining. As long as you’re using him, he should be fine. I remember someone writing that they didn’t do a maintenance routine, and they kept their results after several years of no PE. (I think it was exact.)

The sudden 3 day increase could have been just a good erection day for you. You know, harder, stronger, whatever turns you on. If you think that more rest days would be more beneficial, then you could experiment with that. But I say, as long as you’re gaining like you are, stick to what works for you. And this routine you’re doing seems to work for you nicely. Good gains, by the way! :up:

I noticed this the first few months, and still do to some extent. I take 3-5 days off before measuring to let everything settle, and in the beginning was always longer after the break.

I think it was primarily from harder erections, though I wouldn’t rule out at least some actual growth. By the end of the month your dick is slightly overtrained and tired. Erection quality diminishes, though it happens so gradually you don’t notice it. Several days of rest allows for full recovery and firmer erections.

kudos on the gains. stick with it, as you go and get more gains you will get more and more addicted and will no longer find pe tedious.

Great Stuff guys. I am not sure if it was increased erection strength since when I measure I will usually spend a good hour or so trying to reach my hardest state possible - lol. I think it was as Hobby says abouth letting things settle down.

Thanks for the kind words Ludvadus. The gains are great of course. It is just the time required for PE which I find hard to make. My jelqing sessions tend to run longer than 30 mins because when I jelq I lose erections strength meaning I holf off on jelqing til strength increases. Still, while I have time and gains are good I’m sure I can make the time:)
